G.O. REMODELING
COMMON QUESTIONS
What Would You Like to Know?
DO YOU PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICE?
No, at this time we do not provide emergency services.
WHAT ARE YOUR FINANCING OPTIONS?
Together we sit down and discuss the timeline of your project, including payment methods, dates, and times agreeable to both parties. Together we will come up with a detailed contract that we both sign in order to ensure everyone's needs are met. Each contract is unique and different for each product. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
HOW IS G.O. REMODELING DIFFERENT FROM ITS COMPETITORS?
We are incredibly hands on. We will provide you with daily updates on your projects, and one of our team members will be at your site every day, in-person to check on the progress and make sure workers are completing work to the best of their abilities. Heck, we've even been known to sit down and have tea with our clients. We understand that renovations can be stressful, and we try and make it as easy as possible.
DO YOU PROVIDE FREE ESTIMATES?
Currently our team is working on developing a way for estimates to be submitted via online. However, until that service is up and running the honest answer is, "it depends." Some estimates are harder to give depending on the extent of the project, and may require more work ( i.e. a site visit, detailed home records review, material analysis, etc.). With all of that said, if a fee is to be charged for your estimate that cost will be taken directly from your overall cost and will not be an added on fee at the end. So no matter what, every penny goes to your project.
ONCE I SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR CONTACT, HOW LONG DOES IT TO HEAR BACK FROM G.O. REMODELING?
We try and be as diligent as possible when responding to clients. Most correspondence, either email or phone call, should be responded to within a business day or two. Your time matters.
WHAT AREAS AROUND ATLANTA DO YOU SERVICE?
We service the Atlanta Metro area and nearby surrounding neighborhoods. Our general rule of thumb, is that a project should be within an hour of the city center. We will consider proposals outside of the metro area, but those are assessed on a case by case basis.
